2. Will using recycled cartridges void my warranty?
Using our remanufactured toner cartridges will not affect your printer's manufacturer warranty. As long as you use toner cartridges that meet OEM specifications, as all of our cartridges do, your printer's warranty remains in effect.

4. What are my payment options?
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept payment by check for local deliveries. To pay by check, select the "Bill From Invoice" payment option when filling out your customer information after placing an order. When choosing this option, you will receive an invoice with your product and you will be expected to pay from this invoice.
5. Will my information be kept confidential?
We respect the privacy of our customers. You can be assured that this information will be kept confidential. For additional security, some of our customers prefer to submit their credit card number over the phone. Instructions on how to do this are found on the customer information form which appears after placing an order.
6. How do I return my empty cartridges to you?
Simply mail the empty cartridges to our physical address which is 7754 Arjons Drive Suite B San Diego, CA 92126. Or in San Diego county call the toll free number so we can set up a convenient time to come by and pick them up free of charge.
7. Are your toner cartridges high yield or normal yield?
Our cartridges are high yield, usually producing significantly more printed pages than new cartridges.
