2. Will using recycled cartridges void my warranty?
Using our remanufactured toner cartridges will not affect your printer's manufacturer warranty. As long as you use toner cartridges that meet OEM specifications, as all of our cartridges do, your printer's warranty remains in effect.

Yes, we are happy to answer your phone calls and assist you with the problem you are having with your machine.

4. What are my payment options?
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept payment by check for local deliveries. If choosing this option, you will receive an invoice with your product and you will be expected to pay from this invoice at the time of delivery.
5. Will my information be kept confidential?
We respect the privacy of our customers. You can be assured that this information will be kept confidential. For additional security, some of our customers prefer to submit their credit card number over the phone.
6. How do I return my empty cartridges to you?
Simply call so we can set up a convenient time to come by and pick them up free of charge.
7. Are your toner cartridges high yield or normal yield?
Our cartridges are high yield, usually producing significantly more printed pages than new cartridges.
